About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Port Hedland team. In this role you will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between Truck Centre and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the Service Counter to the Workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service. The rostered shifts will be 8 days on and 6 days off, Wednesday to Wednesday, working 7am to 5pm. FIFO or Residential opportunities available. The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this position, you will have a demonstrated background in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
