In this role you will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between Truck Centre and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the Service Counter to the Workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service. The rostered shifts will be 8 days on and 6 days off, Wednesday to Wednesday, working 7am to 5pm.
