About the Role
TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our successful team based at our Forrestfield head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.
This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing the sales administration of new trucks
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports
- Completing the licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
- Assisting with relief cover for reception as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous exposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Current Driver's License & vehicle
