The Role
Truck Centre WA is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Dealer Manager to take the helm of our Kewdale Bus and Truck operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Service Market Director to drive operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong customer relationships to enhance business growth in the region.
- Manage and develop branch staff to achieve KPI’s and improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and practices, maintaining consistency and compliance.
- Drive profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Oversee and optimise workshop operations and parts department processes to ensure efficient work practices.
- Drive a safety-first culture within the dealership.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this rare opportunity, you will possess the following:
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Management or related discipline or trade qualification in engineering / mechanics (desirable)
- Demonstrated operational experience with a proactive approach to mastering all facets of the business.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service while aligning with TCWA’s strategic objectives.
- Exceptional work and business focus, with a strong commitment to organisational values.
- A customer service mindset, driving positive outcomes with a 'can do' attitude.
