About the Role
TCWA are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our busy and high performing Port Hedland team. This position is a residential role and only candidates who reside in the Hedland area will be considered. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations of the front office and providing key administrative support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls & greet customers at service reception counter
- Assisting with the scheduling of repair work
- Processing of job cards and WIP
- Managing branch supplies and ensuring the upkeep of facilities
- Coordination of the onboarding of new employees to ensure that they are ready to commence for their first day
- Booking Flights for FIFO employees according to their FIFO roster
- Timesheet management and branch payroll processing
- Process daily banking for the branch
- Assisting the Parts and Service team as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous exposure and experience in an administrative position would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle
