With 8 branches operating successfully state wide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Forrestfield head office team on a full time basis.You will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between TCWA and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service. The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
