Full time or part time options will be considered for the right candidate. This key role will see you responsible for:End of month reporting and reconciliationsReconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basisReconciliation of clearing accounts on a regular basisAssisting with the Accounts Payable & Receivable functionAssisting with FBT queriesAssist the Financial Controller with accounting duties as requiredReviewing and processing stock adjustments Reconciliation of company credit cards and company fuel cardsAssisting with the management of the company travel bookings portalManaging the fixed asset register and processing of monthly depreciation chargesThe Successful Applicant To be considered for this role you will need to be a strong team player who is able to work effectively within a team and autonomously, with the ability to adapt to a flexible working environment. The successful applicant will also possess:Previous experience in similar all round accounting positionWorking knowledge of MYOB Advanced would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be providedWorking knowledge of MS Excel & Office productsStrong time management skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines Strong organisational ability to manage workflow in a high volume environmentExcellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
